Laboratory Testing Management (LTM™) allows mobile subscribers to opt-in to receive specific information about LTM™ orders through SMS messages straight to the subscriber’s phone. There are no premium charges to opt-in for these alerts and info messages, however Message & Data rates may apply.

You can choose to opt-in for SMS messages on a per order basis, or to receive SMS messages routinely for specific notifications; contact [email protected] for details. To opt-out of the SMS text, login to LTM™ and remove the mobile device number from the “My Info” section or contact [email protected]. If your LTM™ user account is deactivated, LTM™ SMS messages will not be sent to any associated mobile device number.

This SMS option is available on the following carriers: Alltel, Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Cellular South, Centennial Wireless, Cincinnati Bell, GCI, Immix Wireless, Inland Cellular, IV Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, nTelos, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, United Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA, and West Central Wireless.
